Just wanted to ask because I honestly don't know. I think he came before Barry Allen, so I still wonder.

In my opinion, no he doesn't. Superman gets his powers from Earth's yellow sun. That enables him to do things like his freeze breath, flying, etc... Like on krypton he wouldn't have these powers, but Barry would still likely be able to tap into the speed force.

No, aweflash. Even though superman, WW and other heroes have super speed, they don't tap into the speed force. Barry (and other related speedsters) do. That`s why they have many unique speed-related abilities that the non-speedsters don't possess.

Superman is solar powered. His speed comes from the same place as his super strength, which is his super athleticism. He's nowhere near Flash's level because he doesn't have any more access to the Speed Force than any other non-Flash.
