So you know how the 1990s Flash show began with a theme composed by Danny Elfman (which was epic btw)? Do you think they will have a theme for this 2014 show? Berlanti's shows seem to have the "My name is..." vibe, but as much as I would love that, I would want The Flash theme written by Blake Neely and footage to be played at the beginning of each episode. That tradition doesn't really suit Arrow, but I would think it suits The Flash. ![](//storage.proboards.com/5846587/thumbnailer/duclk5NAUYvhOfzPaIu8.jpg) It's choices like the music that can change the whole feel of the show. Just imagine if the opening credits with footage of Grant Gustin running around and a slow motion capture of Carlos, Candice, JWS, Rick, and Danielle's faces. Those are my opinions, what are yours?

Well, since no one answered to this yet, O figured I might update this. You know the second Flash clip with the "My name is Barry Allen" voiceover? That was aight, but I still want a theme song. That's partly what makes a show popular.
Also, I loved the music in the extended Flash trailer. That was great and I wish the volume was a bit higher! Though if that were the case, I wouldn't be able to hear Iris's voice. Seriously, I loved it and Blake Nelly did a great job. The problem I have with the Arrow soundtrack is that I only know that one theme that makes your heart pound.
I hope the Flash theme song has an obvious melody that feels epic!

If there is a full opening credits intro every week, I hope they go with a rock n' roll song (no idea which one) rather than an instrumental opening (like the previous Flash series).

I sincerely hope we don't get another "My name is bla bla bla" type of intro. I'm so tired of that, lol.
