I really love the titles of episodes in Arrow. They make them so short, while teasing things that happen in the episode and helping you remember them. Also known are the cool titles of the Flash episodes: www.imdb.com/title/tt0098798/episodesWhat would you title a 2014 Flash episode and what would the story be about. Which secrets would be known, and what or who would be revealed? Remember, there are most likely going to be 23 episodes. example: "Brightest Day" Barry Allen...blah blah blah...pilot from Coast City...blah blah blah...Hal...green is the new red...blah blah blah Well, don't say blah blah blah, but make some cool synopsis. Post some ideas for webisodes that you would want this summer, too!

"Wear a Mask"
Barry Allen, presumed dead in a fiery explosion, finds time to save people as his hero form. Meanwhile, Cisco Ramon investigate's Thawne's secret.
Explanation: In The Flash #30, we saw Barry thinking he couldn't do enough following the Forever Evil storyline. This would lightly explore his need for being there for everyone, but also how much freedom he has as the Flash. For this whole episode, he should, for the entire episode, wear a mask, like Oliver suggested. In costume the whole time, it would be expensive to have him zooming all around the city with their budget, so they can lessen it by using some other creative ways.

Strangely enough, the episodes for the original Flash TV series didn't have titles originally. They were just numbered. It wasn't until DC published The Flash TV Special in 1991 that the writers/producers of the show decided to come up with names for the episodes because DC wanted to publish an episode guide in the back of the comic. There is an interview in the comic as well where they talk about plans for season 2 (before they knew the show was cancelled) and if I remember right they talk about possibly bringing in the Weather Wizard and Abra Kadabra for season 2. Its been a few years since I read but I'll look up the issue tomorrow and see if I can find anything interesting in it.

I'm curious if they'll do more New 52 type stories or Silver age ones, if that makes sense

Some tidbits from "The All-New Flash TV Special" (cover dated 1991):
The creators of the show had original pitched a TV show called "Unlimited Powers" featuring near-future versions of Green Arrow, Dr. Occult, Blok (a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes) and the Flash.
The Flash (in 1991) was the most expensive TV show in history with a budget of 1.6 million dollars per episode.
Originally the studio/network (CBS) didn't want any super-villains in the show but after the pilot debuted to solid numbers they asked for some to be written in. There were already 12 episodes completed at this point. There was a lot of trouble trying to get the network to approve of using The Trickster because they thought he would be too silly. The creators (Danny Bilson and Paul DeMeo) wanted to use Weather Wizard but they didn't have the money. They also had plans to use Vandal Savage.
Iris West was written out of the show after the pilot because the network thought having her would kill the romantic tension between Barry and Tina and they wouldn't be able to find a different love interest every other week if Barry already had a girlfriend.
There was a cooling unit built into the Flash suit so that John Wesley Shipp would be able to cool down between takes because the costume is so hot.
